HALLELUIA FESTIVAL 15

IMCS PAX ROMANA CHOIR, UCC - LOCAL PRESENTS HALLELUIAH FESTIVAL, 2015.

IMCS Pax Romana Choir’s inception began when some dedicated young catholic students came together to sing during the liturgy under the supervision of the then Chaplain, Monsignor James Robert Myers. The vision of the choir is that; ‘Through singing Christ may be in all’. The objectives of the choir are, leading in liturgical and non-liturgical functions of the chaplaincy, promoting the spiritual growth of members and promoting unity and self-acquaintance among members. As part of the choir’s social responsibility, has instituted an annual choral concert named “Halleluiah Festival”. This festival is used as a medium to raise funds to help the less endowed in our society.
This festival has been in existence for so many years and since its inception, has provided nothing but exceptional performances and promises to be no exception. The main aim of this year’s festival is to raise funds to support CHORALFEST 2016, an annual but rotational choral concert which brings together six Pax Choirs from various Universities in Ghana.
This year’s Halleluiah Festival is dubbed “an evening of folk and sacred music” and the theme is “let everything that has breath praise the Lord (Psalm 150:6)”.    It is scheduled for Sunday 8th November, 2015 at the School of Medical Sciences Auditorium, University of Cape Coast. The time for the program is 6PM prompt and rate is free.
                                                    Be there, to be blessed!
Be there, to be inspired!!
Be there, to be fulfilled!!!
